Anyone planning a long ride Saturday before the LOCO Fling? I would like to do the 50 or so miler this weekend.

I'll meet you boys in at the frierson post office around 8:30 - 8:45 ish? I only need 3 hours or so. I cant hang with you beasts who are doing 75 miles on the mtb every week!

What kind of pace are we talking about? I may be able to make 0845, I'm swimming from 0630 to 0800 at LSUS.
