Hammie, you sure are quiet. I think Keith T. might take you up on that TT challenge. I copied a section of the usac rulebook you might want to look into:

Road Downgrades

A rider who wishes to downgrade may request a downgrade online. Such requests will be evaluated individually. In no case will a rider be allowed to downgrade to category 5.

No offense but, Ham would drop Keith T after a 6 month lay off esp on a TT bike.
I took care of my boy tho.

At risk of being crushed by you (a man who has put 16 hours on a bike in the last 3 days) during our next ride. I will say this:

If Hammmmm keeps his promise to Keith about the head start, I give the TT to Keith T.

Taking care of your boy? You were the cause of his sub cat 5 performance!!! Off the front all day you freak of nature...

Where's Hammmmmie?

What TT challenge??? I am confused on that one???

If I remember correctly you got dropped at mile 10 and we waited as usual for you. Atleast I did work until I blew up, heun sat in and still got dropped from the start. I was good for 40 miles, Heun good for sitting in the whole ride. I was just happy I didn't have to call Heather to come get me.
